• The Researcher role will involve making phone calls, primarily to motor vehicle dealers

Qualifications

The successful candidate will

• Be a strong communicator
• Have a confident telephone manner
• Be able to think quickly under pressure
• Take ownership of the research issue
• Work independently or part of a team
• Be able to accurately record data
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a good work ethos
• Be a quick learner, pick up instructions quickly
• Be PC literate (working knowledge of Google sheets/ Excel)

Required experience but not essential:

• Experience in a customer assistance centre
• Experience in customer service environment handling outbound

Language:

• Candidates will be required to have a good grasp of English if this is not their first language. They should be fluent (native speaker) in their own language.
• We frequently require native speakers of languages other than English. Fluency in other languages is beneficial.

Additional Information

• Short-term project: 2 days long
• Hourly payment: £13 an hour
• Candidates can work from home but they must have a laptop and a good internet connection
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
