The Manufacturing Production Manager supports the Site Leader in leading daily operations and strategic initiatives across the factory. This role is responsible for driving production performance, ensuring quality and delivery targets are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. The manager plays a key role in executing the plant’s strategic plan, optimizing manufacturing processes, and building organizational capability aligned with Eaton’s operational excellence standards.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production output meets schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement improvements in production methods, standards, and procedures to optimize resource utilization and drive operational efficiency.
• Assess performance indicators—including CONC, FTQ, Scrap, OTP, OTTR, Productivity, Efficiency, Cost-out, Lean metrics, Employee Engagement, Absenteeism, Production Expenses, and Labor Cost—and take proactive actions to address gaps and exceed targets.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by deploying Eaton Business System (EBS) tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies across all production areas.
• Leverage resources and motivate manufacturing employees to foster a high-performance work culture built on accountability, collaboration, and recognition.
• Promote strong two-way communication and employee engagement through regular feedback, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Ensure all operational processes are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, embedding a Zero Incident Workplace mindset.
• Support and lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives, ensuring all activities align with local regulations and Eaton’s global standards.
• Oversee the implementation and verification of ISO standards, including: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management), ISO 22301:2012 (Business Continuity Management)
• Serve as a core team member for Business Continuity Management (BCM), ensuring operational resilience and risk mitigation planning.
• Monitor and report performance using Eaton metrics and balanced scorecards; lead cross-functional problem-solving to drive corrective actions and breakthrough improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to align production strategies with broader site objectives.
• Lead production rough cut capacity planning to support Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), ensuring capacity and material readiness.
• Represent the factory internally and externally with professionalism, supporting customer requirements and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage site facilities team and some subcontractors to ensure the daily routines of the factory are upheld

Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent programs
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing environment with a 5 years of team management experience
• 6 Sigma knowledge is preferred

Skills:

• Technical knowledge of electrical manufacturing, especially Switchgear is preferable
• Familiar with ERP programs, analysis and reporting knowledge
• Management and Leadership skills and emotional awareness
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish
• Deep understanding of a Lean Culture with proven track record of results
• EBS Tools integration
• Manufacturing Process Design, Strategy Development and execution
• Zero Incident Work Place Culture and Deep EHS Knowledge
