The opportunity:
We have an opportunity for a Solutions Consultant Manager in Turkey, to support the Turkey and Israel regions. This role is a core member of the OpenText Emerging Markets Presales Leadership team, working together to identify and develop revenue opportunities within the OpenText Customer and Prospect base. The ideal candidate will have a lot of focus and input into helping lead the team.
You will be responsible for defining, with the Emerging Markets Sales Leadership team, the winning Strategic plan for sales in the region. Managing a team of Solution Consultants in Turkey and Israel, you will be responsible for helping the customer visualize the value proposition, supporting the team with demonstrations of products and solutions, and for delivering technology and business level presentations to technical, business and management-level audiences.
You Are Great At
- Understanding the Enterprise Information Management market as well as the growth opportunities
- Building a strategic business plan including unique selling points and winning use cases
- Competing and winning against the other software vendors in our space
- Positioning the benefits of Cloud-based solutions
- Delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations mainly to both a business and technical audience
- Leveraging different presentation techniques like whiteboard, PPT, storytelling, etc.
- Creating Need: utilizing experience from case studies, ROI studies and other assets.
- Proactively engaging in continuous self-learning. Both deeper into single technology and across other technologies.
- Understanding who the OpenText competitors are and some level of understanding of their offerings.
- Understanding solutions in the OpenText portfolio at a high level and able to articulate and present the bigger picture
- Taking full responsibility for customer focused activities, seeks input from the various parties involved and makes sure deadlines are met.
- Adequately managing multiple engagements as to ensure all deadlines are met and customers are serviced in a timely manner.
What It Takes
- Bachelor’s Degree and significant Enterprise software experience with prior leadership experience in Presales.
- Ability to drive C-Level discussions and build trust relatioships
- A deep knowledge of industry as it relates to EIM solutions.
- A proven ability to work in a rapidly changing environment to help the team meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- A passion for leading a team of Solutions Consultants and demonstrate ability to drive results through others.
- Strong Subject Matter Expertise with business acumen and an ability to manage strategic plans with partner and company executives.
- Ability to build a winning strategic plan, analyse complex situations and employ creative and effective decision making to solve problems/achieve results.
- Any additional languages beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to travel.
