Responsibilities include:
- Leading the team of mechanical technicians
- Demonstrate leadership in the area of EHS and ensure all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate EHS standards
- Ensure the related standards are in place in all machines, equipments, automation sytems to produce high quality and efficiency
- Supervise the execution of the daily/weekly maintenance repairs; recommend technical improvements for cost reductions
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance processes
- Responsible for the timely response to repair requests
- Monitor job duration, cost and performance of crew and subcontractors working under their responsibility
Experience and skills required:
- Relevant Engineering education
- Preventative and reactive maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across different teams and cultures
