License Compliance Investigator

As a License Compliance Investigator, you will contribute to the execution of Dassault Systèmes’ Anti-Piracy & License Compliance Program across the EUROMED region. You will identify, investigate, and manage license compliance leads generated through internal and external sources, working in close collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Legal teams to convert compliance cases into business opportunities.

In this role, you will also support actions aimed at detecting and deterring illegal use, distribution, or counterfeiting of Dassault Systèmes solutions, in coordination with relevant external stakeholders where appropriate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Anti-Piracy & License Compliance Program infrastructure
  • Collaborate with global and regional Legal teams to manage compliance and legal engagement frameworks
  • Coordinate and manage external investigation, audit, and legal service providers within the assigned region
  • Act as a trusted partner for different channels, internal sales teams, and the partner ecosystem to support compliance objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and investigate high-quality license compliance leads across multiple sales channels
  • Manage compliance communications, including soft and standard notifications, follow-ups, and tailored correspondence
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data management across multiple internal systems and tools
  • Support the creation, qualification, and ownership of sales opportunities resulting from compliance activities
  • Investigate cases involving unauthorized use, illegal distribution, or counterfeiting of Dassault Systèmes solutions
  • Engage, when required, with external authorities and industry bodies to support enforcement and compliance actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in a role requiring a strong focus on analytical activities, investigation, or data-driven decision making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional business environment
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and demonstrate leadership by bringing together contributors from diverse disciplines
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage discussions and drive consensus among multiple parties
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and bring sensitive situations to a constructive and successful conclusion
  • Highly enthusiastic, committed, and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to remain focused despite competing inputs and stakeholder influence
  • Comfortable working with multiple tools, systems, and technologies
  • Knowledge of software licensing models and contractual principles is a strong plus
  • Excellent business communication skills in Turkish and English
