We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a “Leasing Specialist”.

Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of leasing strategies for retail, F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality components in line with the overall positioning and brand vision of Tersane Istanbul.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential tenants, brands, and concepts that align with the destination strategy.
  • Participate in negotiations with local and international brands, retailers, and F&B operators under the guidance of senior management.
  • Assist in tenant mix planning and analysis to enhance destination appeal, guest experience, and commercial performance.
  • Support the preparation and administration of commercial agreements, including turnover-based leases and hybrid leasing models.
  • Manage leasing processes from lead generation and prospecting through contract execution and tenant handover.
  • Monitor local, regional, and global trends in retail, lifestyle, tourism, and mixed-use developments, providing market insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with asset management, hospitality operations, development, marketing, and branding teams to support leasing objectives.
  • Track leasing performance, maintain leasing databases, and contribute to budget and forecast reporting.
  • Prepare presentations, leasing reports, and market analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Represent Tersane Istanbul in meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, asset management, or related fields; experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is preferred
  • Exposure to retail, F&B, lifestyle, and experiential leasing processes
  • Understanding of luxury brand positioning, tenant mix planning, and destination-focused developments
  • Familiarity with commercial lease structures and basic revenue-sharing models
  • Experience supporting negotiations and maintaining relationships with local and international brands is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret market trends and leasing performance data
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
