Main responsibilities:
- Support engineering projects and technical initiatives across various departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and process optimization
- Learn about manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation, reporting, and data analysis
- Attend training sessions and professional development workshops
About you
- Experience: No prior professional experience required – we welcome fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to learn
- Education: Students from undergraduate programs of Electrical or Electronic Engineering (currently in their 3rd or 4th year)
- Languages: Turkish is a must and good command of English would be a plus
- Soft skills: Eagerness to learn, strong team collaboration abilities, effective communication skills, adaptability to new environments and challenges
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic engineering principles and foundational understanding of engineering concepts
