About this Position
In this role, you will be responsible for driving lean culture across the plant by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities using lean tools. You will coordinate lean initiatives, coach teams in problem-solving methods, and deliver training on standard lean practices. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement in engineering processes, track KPIs, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure ongoing efficiency and innovation.
What you´ll do
- Promotes lean culture by identifying, collecting, and implementing improvement ideas
- Designs, implements and maintains systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
- liminates or reduces losses through the use of lean tools
- Coordinates lean processes plantwide
- Coach plant team in problem solving method and other lean tools
- Prepares and gives training on standart lean methods
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
- Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area and monitors KPIs for engineering processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
- Shares learning and good practices with and from other production areas
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical – Electronical or Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production field with methodology knowledge
- Know-how in Kaizen, Lean and/or TPM activities is preferred
- Strong capability in Problem Solving methods such as PDCA, 5 Why, 5W2H, A3 or 8D
- Good command of English language
- Good level of MS Office knowledge
- Ability to interact different levels with solid communication skills
- Autonomous maintenance and tpm tools knowledge is a plus
