Key Account Supervisor, Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division, Istanbul (m/f/*)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Account Supervisor for Industrial Adhesives &Tapes Division (IATD), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing a defined set of Key Accounts in Turkey General Industry by implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred industrial adhesives and tapes partner.
- Creating a business plan by implementing the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division Strategy.
- Executing sales strategy to acquire strategic industrial accounts in target. Constantly expands share of wallet through cross-selling the IATD portfolio (70%)
- Strengthening existing customer relationships with key accounts, distributors, and converters in Turkey (30%)
- Growing industrial adhesives and tapes business with the assigned accounts above market by selling the 3M brand and technologies.
- Owning the full sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets; track and improve KPIs.
- Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technical Team, Marketing, EMEA Key Account Team) to identify and win new projects.
- Establishing the right 3M IATD solutions and the path to success based on customer engagement, insights and deep process understanding
- Making use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities
- Support being part of the growing IATDs Sales team, sharing success and learning from each other.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Higher education degree, at least Bachelor’s
- Key account management and sales experience proven track of records
- B2B Industrial experience (preferable)
- Proficiency in English
- Self-starter and self-disciplined with strong ownership of outcomes
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- High motivation to drive from concept to completion in goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent team player to collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders to drive solutions to customers.
- Dynamic, innovative with analytical acumen.
- Advanced communication and prioritization skills with the ability to drive engagement/lead relationships and collaboration on multiple levels across many organizations.
- Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment/ portfolio.
- Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities.
- Willingness to travel.
