Job Responsibilities

1. In charge of all bulk receiving, housekeeping, and quality control operations for the shift

2. Monitor quality of ingredients received

3. Responsible for accurate sample testing and record keeping of ingredients

4. Unload ingredients into proper bins

5. Work in a safe and efficient manner

6. Assist in all housekeeping functions at the mill

7. Perform minor repairs on all mill equipment

8. Allocate manpower and make daily operating decisions when manager is not present

9. Perform all Operator B & C duties and responsibilities when required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good Math skills
  • 10 key calculator skills
  • PHYSICAL: No current restrictions prohibiting working in a dusty environment & in all weather conditions
  • No current restrictions prohibiting lifting up to 50 lbs. repetitively
  • No current restrictions prohibiting the use of personal safety equipment
