Job Responsibilities

  1. Learn multiple production areas and be willing to learn the scale as a back-up to fill in as needed. Base pay is P7 unless operating a machine.
  2. Pack and unpack product safely and efficiently.
  3. Be aware of quality and safety issues.
  4. Ability to communicate with other employees.
  5. Assist co-workers as needed.
  6. Will be working in Branded Retail and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain a power vehicle license
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • PHYSICAL: No restrictions lifting 40lbs, bending or twisting.
  • No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35- degree environment.
  • No restrictions prohibiting repetitive grasping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Branded Retail packaging functions and products
  • Previous related machine experience
