Jennie-O Turkey Store – 2nd Shift Retail Burger Floater – Barron, WI

Job Responsibilities

1. Learn multiple production and operator positions to fill in as needed. Base pay is grade 3, unless operating a machine
2. Pack and unpack product safely and efficiently
3. Be aware of quality and safety issues
4. Ability to communicate with other employees
5. Assist co-workers as needed
6. Will be working in Branded Retail and completing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
7. Potential to be working with Pork Products

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• PHYSICAL: No restrictions lifting up to 40lbs, bending or twisting
• No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35- degree environment
• No restrictions prohibiting repetitive grasping
• Must be able to obtain a power vehicle license

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Branded Retail packaging functions and products
• Previous related machine experience
