Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and handling the procurement of computer hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all company computers, hardware, and software systems.
- Provide end-user support and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Diagnose and repair faulty hardware components as required.
- Deliver support to users regarding software, hardware, and related technical matters.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and IT equipment inventory.
- Manage the procurement process for computer hardware and software in line with company needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in IT support and technical support functions
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Experience in network administration and network security
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
