Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and handling the procurement of computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all company computers, hardware, and software systems.
  • Provide end-user support and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty hardware components as required.
  • Deliver support to users regarding software, hardware, and related technical matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and IT equipment inventory.
  • Manage the procurement process for computer hardware and software in line with company needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in IT support and technical support functions
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience in network administration and network security
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
