We are looking for a “IT Software Team Leader” to be assigned to our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.

What you can expect:

• To analyze all kinds of software needed in our company with the user, to follow the development (Full-Stack), to manage application tests and field deployment,
• To follow technological developments,
• Taking responsibility for the implementation of new technologies and strategy development.
• Managing your team members within the framework of company rules and leadership competencies, evaluating business results and managing development plans 
• Coordinating the work carried out to meet all kinds of needs related to the company’s software and reporting the results of the work.

Your profile:

• Experience in the field of software,
• Experienced in Oracle PL/SQL and SQLServer T-SQL languages,
• Experience in Web API development using .NET Core technologies,
• Experienced in new generation frameworks (Angular 11+, React, etc.),
• Experienced in Web Service Architecture (SOAP),
• Experienced in the use of Winforms Applications, Devexpress Tools and Devexpress Reporting Tools,
• Experience in web-based software development,
• Advanced communication skills,
• Planning and team management skills,
• Experienced in using Git,
• Knowledge of database design
• Good knowledge of English
