IT Software Development Specialist – Contract Logistics

We are looking for an experienced software development specialist who would join our information systems team. This software development role will incorporate the initial design, development & writing of code alongside suitable & appropriate testing, validation and effective implementation. In this role, you will be developing internal ERP solutions, B2B customer-facing pharma and logistics products.

Your Role

The Software Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on building scalable and efficient applications, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and WMS systems, and supporting the digital transformation of business processes. The ideal candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality code, improving system performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• You will take an active role in in-house software development projects.
• You will maintain and enhance existing software systems, including integration development.
• You will perform analysis, testing, and documentation of developed applications.
• You will collaborate with relevant teams to deploy, and support developed solutions.
• You will take responsibility for quality and long-term maintainability of the developed software and updates.
• You will do testing and validation of all software before launch to eliminate risk of disruption to the business.
• Close cooperation with the dedicated product owner.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Core practical Java skills – Strong knowledge of Java and Java Script (client and web server and HTML)
• Database experience (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Preferably some experienced in C++, VB.NET, and/or C#
• Familiar with software development life cycle processes such as analysis, design, testing, and documentation
• Knowledge of version control systems and modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Experience with ERP system integrations & WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Fluent written and spoken Turkish & English is preferred
