What you’ll do

• Support the management of Internal Communication digital channels (Outlook, OneApp, Screensavers, Viva engage etc.)
• Assist in the planning, development and distribution of internal communications across digital platforms (e.g. email, Viva Engage, digital screens)
• Contribute to drafting, editing, and proofreading communication materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with corporate tone of voice.
• Support to coordination and delivery of Internal engagement activities and events
• Collaborat with relevant internal parties during execution ( HR, CBU, VBU, Brand , CEO, CXO, PR, online..etc) and external parties (event and internal communication agencies,..etc)

Who you are

• Being 3rd, 4th class or graduated in media, advertising, public relations, sociology, pyschology, or related fields
• Able to support at least 3 days a week
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Turkish
• Preferably with experienced in, Internal Communications, Event Management, Brand Communication Management
• Familiar with internal communications platforms such as Viva Engage, as well as email and other digital tools.
