Intern

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team and provide administrative and technical support across finance and sponsor-related operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, process compliance, and effective coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile SAP Grant Payment Reports with Excel Grant Payment Reports for assigned sponsor studies, and perform monthly reconciliation of total GPS sponsor balances against corporate sponsor balances in line with SSAE16 controls.
• Accurately prepare and process assigned journal entries in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews of CTA and Payment Intake Form setups to ensure correct SAP vendor selection and payment methods for assigned sponsors, including bank detail validation for Accounting.
• Maintain and update SharePoint trackers for assigned sponsors, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
• Support annual 1099 reporting and other country-specific tax reporting activities as assigned.
• Participate in special projects, including SAP vendor database maintenance and SOP updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency aligned with the responsibilities of the role, including attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
