Job Description

  • Manage CAPEX purchasing activities related to technical projects, investments, and equipment.
  • Control and optimize OPEX expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and budget compliance.
  • Lead and support efficiency improvement projects, identifying savings opportunities and process enhancements.
  • Manage and negotiate service agreements, including but not limited to:
    • Catering services
    • Employee shuttle / transportation services
    • Consulting services (HR, IT, and other support functions)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure quality, cost, and service performance.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and purchasing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in technical purchasing, procurement, or sourcing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX management.
  • Experience managing service contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Solid negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
