Purpose of Role: As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture across the METCA Region (Middle East, Turkey, and Central Asia). You will manage core HR operations, deliver seamless onboarding experiences, and champion employee development initiatives that empower talent and accelerate growth. By aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with labour regulations, you will help build a future-ready workforce and drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, design and implement HR policies across METCA, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, immigration regulations, ISO standards, and global best practices.
• Oversee the full employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding—delivering a seamless experience by collaborating with leaders for performance management and talent development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, enhance engagement initiatives to promote an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace culture and monitor HR metrics and trends to elevate employee experience.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviours in support of our world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR functions, preferably in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems (Workday is a plus) and Microsoft Office; fluency in Turkish and English.

Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
