Job Description
- Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with Accor standards and Housekeeping procedures,
- Maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and orderliness according to Accor standards and conduct necessary inspections,
- Work in coordination with the team under the direction of the department manager,
- Organize and sustain in-department training programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Vocational School or University in Tourism and Hotel Management,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Possesses professional English proficiency,
- Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system,
- Adopts a friendly and service-oriented approach,
- Aims to continuously improve service quality,
- Strong communication skills,
- Enjoys problem-solving,
- Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance,
- Knowledgeable about hygiene procedures and applications,
- Strong in planning, time management, and stress management,
- Enjoys working as part of a team,
- Able to work in a shift system,
- Respects guest privacy,
- Has an organized and systematic work approach,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
