Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in this vibrant, culturally rich city.

  • Oversee and optimize the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals, increase RevPAR, and maintain high guest satisfaction scores
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of department heads and staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain brand standards
  • Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute innovative strategies for attracting and retaining guests
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards while maintaining the highest levels of safety and security
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate clients, and local partners
  • Continuously seek opportunities for service improvements and implement best practices in hotel management
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and in the local community to enhance its reputation and visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field from a reputable hotel school; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with a strong background in Rooms and/or F&B operations
  • Proven track record of success in key cities or resort destinations globally
  • Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret P&L statements and make strategic financial decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with local hospitality regulations and standards in Istanbul
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
