Head of BI, BDL & LeX

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive impactful business decisions? This role offers the opportunity to shape insights and analytics strategies across Türkiye, leading organization wide launch excellence process together with business units, designing new GTM throrugh BDL, empowering teams to make informed decisions that fuel growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion data-driven decision-making, and foster innovation. In this role you will…

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver actionable insights and analytics.
  • Drive strategic decision-making by providing market insights, performance analysis, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technology, to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Lead overal launch excellence process of the organization collobarating strongly with xfunctional team to ensure future growth.
  • Develop portfolio & BDL strategies and design new GTM model for required portfolio by engaging with also external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure effective use of syndicated data; techonology including AI and analytics services.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of business intelligence tools and self-service reporting systems to enhance efficiency

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, delivering actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytics software (e.g., SQL, Python).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Solid Experience in Business Intelligence, Business Development Licensing & Launch excellence
  • Demonstrated ability and experience working with Senior Leadership and Above country organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

Work Location

This role is based in Türkiye and follows a hybrid working model, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
