Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “F&B Head Hostess” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the host/hostess team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the hostess team
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Collaborate with restaurants and kitchen teams for smooth service flow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or F&B sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holiday
