In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest arrival flow, manage table coordination, and ensure personalized service for each guest. With grace, organization, and attentiveness, you will support the team in delivering elevated dining experiences aligned with Hilton’s legendary service standards.

Reporting Line: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression
  • Oversee and coordinate seating arrangements, table turnover, and floor flow during service periods
  • Manage reservations and VIP guest preferences to support personalized service
  • Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to optimize guest flow and service timing
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback gracefully and proactively
  • Maintain the overall ambiance and readiness of the reception area
  • Train and mentor Guest Experience Agent team members, ensuring consistency in guest greeting and service etiquette
  • Stay informed on menus, daily specials, and restaurant operations to confidently assist guests
  • Uphold Hilton grooming and communication standards
  • Comply with all health, safety, and security regulations

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Highly organized and confident in high-traffic, guest-facing roles
  • Warm, articulate, and professional in demeanor
  • An excellent communicator in both Turkish and English
  • Skilled in handling guest feedback and service recovery
  • Capable of managing shifting priorities while remaining calm and composed
  • Team-oriented, yet able to take initiative independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a head hostess, hostess supervisor, or guest relations position in a luxury setting
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and floor planning tools
  • Background in F&B operations and understanding of fine dining etiquette
  • Awareness of guest profiling and VIP protocols
