Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing accounting processes of subsidiaries located in multiple countries
  • Coordinating between headquarters and local / outsourced accounting firms
  • Reviewing subsidiary trial balances and financial statements
  • Performing group consolidation of all subsidiaries and head office accounts
  • Preparing management reports and consolidated financial analysis
  • Ensuring consistency of accounting policies across subsidiaries
  • Supporting implementation of new-generation accounting and reporting systems
  • Contributing to process improvement and reporting standardisation

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles (mandatory)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting, consolidation and/or financial reporting
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong ability to read and analyse trial balance, balance sheet and income statement
  • Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of group consolidation processes
  • Experience in management reporting and financial analysis
  • Experience working with multiple subsidiaries across different countries
  • Experience in coordinating outsourced / local accounting firms
  • Comfortable using new generation accounting, consolidation and reporting tools
  • Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills
