We are looking for a Ground & Rail Transportation Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Turkey. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of ground and rail transportation services in the specified location. This role requires strong procurement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies for ground and rail transportation services
  • Negotiating contracts with transportation service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in transportation procurement
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
