- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad,
- Graduation from a technical high school is pereferred
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to make data-driven decisions from large amounts of information,
- Strong written and spoken communication skills,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to build & maintain great products,
- Courage to handle and tackle tough problems every day,
- Excellent command of English/Turkish both written and spoken,
- Willingness and potential for learning and development.
