Government Affairs Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the relationship between the Sandoz Country Organisation and relevant Country Authorities, as well as supporting timely and efficient marketing authorisations, shaping the regulatory environment, and implementation of strategic initiatives of interest to Sandoz.

Government Affairs Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the relationship between the Sandoz Country Organisation and relevant Country Authorities, as well as supporting timely and efficient marketing authorisations, shaping the regulatory environment, and implementation of strategic initiatives of interest to Sandoz.

Min Req.

• University Degree, preferable Master in Bio-Medical / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical sciences.
• Min 6-year in pharma industry work experience
• Fluency in English
• Working in a highly regulated environment.
• Understanding and experience of risk management
• Stakeholder management
• Planning, organizational skills and eye for detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Autonomous working and result oriented
• Accountability for actions, setting own priorities and decision taking
• High ethical standards
• Influencing and negotiating skills
