Job Description
As General Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the leased, combo-property Novotel & ibis Hotel Zeytinburnu, managing two complementary Accor brands within a single, integrated business model. Acting as a brand ambassador for Accor, you will provide strong strategic and operational leadership to ensure commercial success, brand compliance, and an engaging guest and employee experience aligned with both Novotel’s midscale positioning and ibis’ economy promise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the Novotel & ibis Hotel Zeytinburnu, ensuring operational synergy while preserving each brand’s identity
- Drive financial performance through effective revenue management, budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization within a leased hotel structure
- Ensure full compliance with Accor brand standards, lease agreements, operating procedures, and local legal requirements
- Champion a strong service culture that delivers consistent guest satisfaction across both brands
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams, fostering employee engagement and a collaborative, inclusive working environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, lessors, business partners, and local stakeholders
- Develop and execute commercial, operational, and people strategies to strengthen market positioning and maximize overall asset performance
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within an international or reputable hotel brand
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
- Solid commercial and financial acumen with a successful track record in managing KPIs and budgets
- Strategic, innovative, and results-driven mindset
- High standards and strong focus on guest experience, service quality, and brand consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required; additional languages are an advantage
