Job Description
As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, acting as a brand ambassador while providing strategic leadership to drive operational excellence, financial success, and a strong service culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel, ensuring all departments achieve operational and financial objectives
- Drive profitability through effective revenue generation, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management
- Ensure full compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards, operating procedures, and local legislation
- Foster a strong service culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while promoting employee engagement and an inclusive, collaborative work environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, business partners, and local stakeholders
- Develop and execute creative commercial strategies to strengthen the hotel’s market positioning and competitive performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within an international or reputable hotel brand
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
- Solid commercial and financial acumen with a successful track record in managing KPIs and budgets
- Strategic, innovative, and results-driven mindset
- High standards and strong focus on guest experience, service quality, and brand consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required; additional languages are an advantage
