More about the role
As a Fulfillment Planner you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations for make-to-order products, ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with factories and addressing urgent demands from sales teams.
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
- Develop the 18-month rolling 12NC baseline forecast, manage planning parameters, and maintain a supply plan that optimizes inventory levels, manufacturing capacities, and supplier lead times in collaboration with the RSIM. Prepare intake plans for the full planning horizon
- Own the MTS/MTO PO fulfillment cycle from requisition through Goods Receipt to customer delivery. Ensure the availability, quality, and consistency of the planning parameters for the product portfolio plan
- Drive resolution of structural customer service issues in collaboration with the CFH team. Identify and share with the business any changes to the MTS/MTO supply plan or potential risks/opportunities
- Analyze fulfillment performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency on the volume/frequency of replenishment
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues as needed
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or other relevant discipline
- 4-5 years experience in order handling roles or sales background to understand customer pain points and manage factory operations
- Experience in managing supply or factory operations is beneficial to challenge and understand factory processes
- It is a requirement that you have a working knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP HANA, and IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Strong operational experience, particularly in handling pressure-heavy roles where they need to manage factories and sales teams effectively
- You must be fluent in both Turkish and English to communicate effectively with local factories and the broader team
