As a Fraud Victims Owner at bunq, your primary focus is to support and advocate for our users who have fallen victim to fraud or scams. Your role is crucial in rebuilding trust and confidence in our services for those affected.
You will play a key role in achieving this by:
- Handling investigations when a bunq user is a potential victim of fraud or scams
- Reviewing and fixing the workflows for victims, ensuring an empathetic and timely process for them
- Scaling our processes through optimisations, automations, and AI integrations

This challenge is perfect for you if
- Previous experience with Fraud Prevention and related subjects
- A proven track record of handling sensitive and urgent situations with the highest empathy
- Intrinsic motivation and ability to work with AI – bonus points for previous experience
- You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in English
