Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) is one of the world’s leading hotel companies, with a strong and growing global presence. We are now looking for a dynamic Franchise Services Manager to support our franchise strategy and drive operational excellence across Türkiye.
Your Mission
As Franchise Services Manager, you’ll act as the key liaison between RHG and our franchise hotels. You’ll consult, support, and advise hotel teams to optimize performance, ensure brand compliance, and drive revenue growth. With a great portfolio of franchised hotels, you’ll play a crucial role in developing strong relationships, fostering engagement, and delivering value across multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the main point of contact between RHG and assigned franchise hotels.
- Strengthen relationships with General Managers and hotel teams through regular communication, trainings, and initiatives.
- Analyze hotel performance (revenue, distribution, CRM, e-commerce) and advise on improvement strategies.
- Support pre-opening and conversion planning including pricing strategy and business plan setup.
- Monitor quality standards (QPR, GRI, NPS), guest feedback, and ensure brand compliance.
- Facilitate collaboration with Central Support Office teams (Sales, Marketing, RevGen, IT, HR, etc.).
- Drive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing across the franchise network.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial and/or revenue corporate, cluster, or regional role.
- Strong hotel operations background and franchise experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Able to work independently, with a hands-on, consultative approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
