What you will do:
- Edit weekly 10–15 min YouTube videos (faceless “job leads” and reaction/commentary formats)
- Use modern editing styles inspired by creators like Ali Abdaal, Chloe Monaco, and Tiffany Ferguson
- Design clickable thumbnails consistent with Paybump’s brand
- Add B-roll, captions, and visuals to boost engagement and retention
- Source royalty-free music and stock footage as needed
- Maintain visual consistency across all videos
- Track key metrics (CTR, retention, subscriber growth) to refine editing
- Deliver final videos within 24 hours of receiving raw footage
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience editing YouTube content for established creators or media brands
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience creating thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
- Solid understanding of YouTube analytics
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
