Flexible Benefits Program Manager

This client-facing role supports the delivery of flexible benefit projects, including client implementations and renewals, through WTW’s (or strategic partner’s) technology. The position works closely with Business Development, Client Managers, Consultants, technical teams and benefit providers to define and deliver tailored benefit solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, including scoping, system testing, communication and data analysis, ensuring a smooth and high-quality delivery experience for clients.

The Role

  • Work closely with Clients, Consultants, Client Managers, Systems Configuration, Broking teams, strategic partners and benefit providers to define and document benefit design, website content and supporting requirements such as branding, system emails and reporting.
  • Prepare and review employee communication materials, including benefit guides and targeted emails, ensuring alignment with benefit design and accuracy of content.
  • Manage data preparation for benefit selections, system configuration and reporting, and perform post-enrolment analysis such as engagement and take-up statistics.
  • Define and execute test strategies to ensure accurate and effective system testing by partners, internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct system functionality testing, identify and resolve issues with technical teams, and coordinate client feedback during testing phases.
  • Act as a primary contact for design-related queries from clients and internal teams, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to project planning, kick-off and change control discussions, helping to define project scope, identify risks and manage timelines.
  • Support business development by contributing to RFP responses, participating in client pitches and identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
  • Share knowledge, suggest process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Turkish benefits market and clients’ flexible benefit scheme designs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring professional, high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate across the Health & Benefits business and the wider WTW organisation, demonstrating a proactive and commercially minded approach.

The Requirements

  • Ideally strong experience in flexible benefits/employee benefits and payroll calculations/algorithms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good analytical and numerical reasoning skills
  • Able to document detailed client requirements in design specifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Turkish and English
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, overcoming any problems as they arise

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
