As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all FP&A activities on different scales including country, unit, region, or global level depending on division size. You’ll provide valuable and insightful analysis and decision support to business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of regional/globally relevant strategies and ensure accurate, timely implementation of BPA processes and policies.
  • Deliver routine and spontaneous financial reports to provide up-to-date, insightful financial information.
  • Lead the creation of detailed budget and financial forecasts for global, regional, and business-unit level planning.
  • Design and manage early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate forecast of financial results.
  • Drive performance and conduct value-added analyses on various financial data including sales trends, expenses, cash flow, and capital investments.
  • Offer financial analysis support to the leadership team, driving cost control and corrective actions where necessary.
  • Supervise and ensure the professional development of a team of experienced BPA professionals.
  • Report technical complaints and adverse events related to Novartis products and distribute marketing samples, where applicable.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and finance business partnering
  • Fluent English and Turkish
  • Proven experience in business case management
  • Expertise in financial management
  • Demonstrated functional breadth in finance-related roles
  • Strong project management skills
