The Role: As a Finance Manager, you will:
- Control accounting and reporting for Stantec’s operations in Türkiye and other managed countries.
- Ensure compliance with Stantec accounting policies and Turkish statutory requirements.
- Provide insightful commentary on business performance and developments.
- Support commercial management in day-to-day decisions and business strategy development.
- Drive improvements in revenue, profitability, receivables collection, and cost control.
- Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Oversee transactional and accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage tax and treasury positions, liaising with external auditors.
- Inspire, manage, and develop the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience, or part qualified/actively studying/QBE candidates.
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on results and performance.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
