Field Service Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, specializing in advanced Liquid, Powder, and Chemical Technologies.

Responsibilities / Tasks

You will execute service jobs on critical equipment such as Dryers, Atomizers, Filling Lines, UHT, Pasteurizers, Valves, and Pumps for leading Dairy, Beverage, Food, and Chemical companies.

Main duties:

• Service Execution: Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service support on-site for a range of processing equipment.
• Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution to ensure minimal downtime for our customers.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service, prompt execution, and thorough follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate service reports, time logs, and parts usage for customer invoicing and internal records.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering or related field (Electrical-Mechanical Division of MYO).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within Dairy, Beverage, or Food production environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and repair skills; proven ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Communication: Fluent in Turkish and English (written and verbal).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%), including weekends and at short notice.
• Other Requirements: Valid driving license and passport; no military obligations.
