At CooperSurgical, we are looking to recruit a Field Product Manager – Turkiye. Based in Istanbul, where our office is located on the Asian side, you will be part of the local executive team and report directly to the Executive General Manager. This is a recently established role within the commercial organization, created to support the growth of CooperSurgical’s fertility business in Turkiye.

Position

As the Field Product Manager – Fertility Solutions, you will be responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns and developing local promotions focused on driving sales growth. The role is part of the local commercial team and will be the main point of contact for local marketing, as well as for coordination with the global commercial organization within CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Understanding the market, gathering customer insights, and establishing strong customer segmentation and targeting for the successful execution of marketing campaigns will be crucial for this role. Working in collaboration with global marketing, local sales, and executive functions, you will drive and support the development of specific commercial targets for local campaigns, key messaging, project planning, and execution coordination to ensure business growth and ROI.

You have a good understanding of the Turkish market, preferably within fertility or women’s health, as well as solid knowledge of market dynamics and reimbursement. You thrive in a dynamic international environment and are willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Location: Istanbul or Ankara, Turkiye. This role is hybrid, with regular in-field activities.

  • Collect and analyse local market data, including market trends and regulations, customer structure, procedures, competitors, and reimbursement.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, congresses, seminars, webinars, KOL activities, and local promotional initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with customer segmentation and targeting tools, project management for campaign execution, insights from CRM/D365 and PBI, forecasting tools, and QBR and AOP preparations.
  • Manage the local marketing budget, vendor coordination, local translation of corporate marketing materials, and communication.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, conduct in-field interactions with customers, and build relationships with local KOLs.
  • MSc or bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare, preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role in a direct subsidiary of an international company in Turkiye, preferably within pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
  • Experience with project management tools, Power BI, and CRM.
  • Experience with stakeholder management in an international matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Analytical mindset with strong execution skills.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • Proficient communicator with strong collaboration skills.
  • Systematic, methodical, and persistent approach.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory; Turkish is also required.
