Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- provide regular data analysis and development of the required management reports
- creation and management of data flows (primary, secondary sales, product categories, geography, etc.)
- creation of interim reports system (“cockpits”), taking into account the sales department goals
- Additional Responsibilities
- development of project CRM for the purposes of sales department efficiency increase and team involvement / training
- description of business processes
- Interactions (internal & external)
- sales structure
- Key partners (distributors / customers)
- Marketing
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience and Education
- higher technical / profile education
- experience as sales analyst
- advanced level of English
- Specific Knowlegde
- skills of CRM implementation or development / knowledge of CRM functionality
- good knowledge of Excel and macros
- Specific Skills
- analytic / operational mindset
- ability to set the goal correctively, structure the projects and information, and make correct conclusions
- result oriented
- good communication skills
