What you’ll do

  • Regulatory Compliance Leadership: Act as the finance owner of all regulatory obligations (including BTK), monitoring mandatory targeted ratios and ensuring alignment with evolving requirements. Evaluate any risks and opportunities related to compliance and, where needed, lead investment plan adjustments to ensure adherence.
  • Cross-Functional Governance & Orchestration: Establish and lead weekly recurring meetings bringing together Network, IT, SCM, Logistics, Regulation and Legal teams. Ensure timely follow-up on action items, track progress against key milestones, and maintain alignment across functions.
  • Executive Steering & Decision Support: Organize and facilitate SteerCo meetings with relevant ExCo members at least every two months. Deliver comprehensive status updates, surface key risks and deviations, and drive decision-making where course correction or escalation is needed.
  • Regulatory Risk & Provisioning: Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to assess potential exposures and calculate provisions. Ensure timely and accurate accruals aligned with financial policies.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Mobile Network Capex, aligning financial strategies with business needs and regulatory priorities. Provide robust financial insights and scenario modelling to support investment optimization.
  • Operational Excellence & Automation: Oversee the end-to-end financial process: from PO and WBS tracking to GR/IR reconciliation and invoice validation. Drive automation and standardization of planning templates and reporting tools.
  • Extended Financial Engagement: Serve as a key contributor to NW monthly reporting, COPA allocations, Capex closing, and logistics-related cost modelling. Act as the primary finance contact for logistics planning and predictive analytics.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years Strong Financial Business Partnering, Accounting background (IFRS, VUK etc) with excellent presentation/communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage through ambiguity and drive results in complex matrixed environments
  • Confident communicator with executive presence, able to influence senior stakeholders and steer strategic decisions.
  • Fluent in English, with strong analytical and financial systems expertise ( highly proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word )
  • Clear big picture understanding
