YOUR DAY TO DAY
Purpose: Responsible for Run & Support for portfolio of factory solutions/products by ensuring availability, performance monitoring, problem analysis and continuous improvements.
Manages technical aspects of the systems end- to-end (application, database, integrations, infrastructure) as well as technology roadmap (e.g. upgrades, server migrations and other small technical items)
- Responsible for System availability, point of contact for system availability issues (incidents & problems).
- Ensure appropriate system/product monitoring is in place and performance is reviewed regularly.
- Ensure that product/solutions continuity is available and regularly tested (as per security requirements).
- Main point of contact for day-to-day user and vendor escalations
- Manages business impact in case of system issues and owns eventual special situations.
- Ensure that appropriate support documentation is in place (Systems documentation, Business continuity plan, Systems administration, Knowledge Base articles)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology, alternatively university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent with additional certificates, degree and experience in IT
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or Operations Business Function
- Experience of working in multinational Co.
- IT ‘on ground’ work experience (factory or logistics)
- Understanding of key IT delivery processes
- Operations business processes knowledge (preferably Manufacturing and Logistics)
- Experience in supporting critical manufacturing systems (LESMES/IMEL…)
- Language: English (proficient)
The following are considered an advantages
- Experience in the setup and management of distribution team in international environment
- Understanding and experience in manufacturing or logistics process and system
- Experiences in Project Management and/or Service Management
- Having Manufacturing and Logistic process will be an advantage
- Certification in Project Management, (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile Delivery (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban), Cloud Computing (AWS, AZURE, etc.), DevOps, Integration Platform (i.e.: Mulesoft), Service Management (i.e.: ITIL)
