Your responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of factory onboarding processes
• Track and coordinate orientation and training programs for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
• Take an active role in planning, evaluating, and reporting internship programs
• Provide operational support in HR processes (leave management, personnel files, shift planning, performance, training, etc.)
• Ensure regular updates of HR systems and databases, and contribute to reporting activities
• Conduct analyses to identify improvement areas and develop efficiency-driven solutions
• Actively contribute to internal communication, employee experience, and HR improvement projects

The experience we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, basic reporting knowledge preferred)
• Highly interested in HR processes, eager to learn, and proactive
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work on-site at the factory at least 3 days per week
