About the role
Dive into the heart of HR with a role that merges analysis with impactful insight at Reckitt’s dynamic factory division. As our Factory HR Intern, your knack for numbers and passion for patterns will drive meaningful change. Every graph you plot and every trend you decode can foster a culture of continuous improvement and success. Your responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of factory onboarding processes
- Track and coordinate orientation and training programs for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Take an active role in planning, evaluating, and reporting internship programs
- Provide operational support in HR processes (leave management, personnel files, shift planning, performance, training, etc.)
- Ensure regular updates of HR systems and databases, and contribute to reporting activities
- Conduct analyses to identify improvement areas and develop efficiency-driven solutions
- Actively contribute to internal communication, employee experience, and HR improvement projects
The experience we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, basic reporting knowledge preferred)
- Highly interested in HR processes, eager to learn, and proactive
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work on-site at the factory at least 3 days per week
