Export Traffic Coordinator

Guardian Glass is looking for an Export Logistic Coordinator to support our operations in our plants.

The position is based in Turkey.

What You Will Do

• Assume full responsibility for coordinating transportation of all orders from various plants
• Oversee daily control and delivery of orders via container shipments from Guardian plants.
• Obtain quotations for export requests and manage confirmed orders.
• Secure booking confirmations and ensure container availability.
• Track and manage the status of all shipments.
• Collaborate with customers and the commercial team to provide necessary support.
• Conduct site visits to export and import ports to identify and address potential operational gaps.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly focusing on transportation providers.
• Audit and verify the quality of container loading.
• Gain a thorough understanding of cargo handling costs at various ports.
• Analyze and benchmark the reliability of container lines throughout the logistics process.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to export logistics.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Global Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience in international shipping or supply chain management.
• Previous experience with import/export operations.
• Familiarity with international payment terms.
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
