At Getinge, we enable hospitals and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and save lives. We are now looking for a motivated and committed Export Regional Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Istanbul.

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and plays a key role in maintaining business continuity and driving sustainable growth across assigned export regions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Biomedical Engineering is a strong plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in capital equipment sales.
  • Experience in export sales and distributor management is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Russian is required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented, and quality-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid B-class driving license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

Main Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective territory plans to maximize coverage and achieve growth targets.
  • Support and guide distributors to align with Getinge’s commercial strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews.

Product & Technical Expertise

  • Stay current on Critical Care and Cardiovascular technologies and market developments.
  • Deliver product training and demonstrations when required.
  • Support preparation of technical specifications and configurations based on customer requirements.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with internal teams (Service, Regulatory, Logistics) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales activities and market trends, providing accurate forecasts.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations in all business activities.
