Provide service to guests in Executive Lounge area and report to Director of Quality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent command of English & Turkish both written and spoken
- Bachelor degree in related major
POSITION SUMMARY
- Provide guests with quietly efficient support for the key functionality of the space while putting guests at ease with the variety and breadth of Executive Lounge offerings.
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
