About Job

To strengthen the Kraft Heinz family, we are looking for an EHS Manager. The EHS Manager position is located within our Operations department. The workplace is in Susurluk/Balıkesir.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor & improve performance in EHS & ORM at all locations of KHC Turkey.
• Being the primary liaison to cooperate with the Kraft Heinz Legal and Communications Department regarding EHS related events that could jeopardize brand integrity;
• Developing and maintaining new and existing tools to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local EHS regulations and assisting the factory with these requirements;
• Ensuring that KHC Turkey complies with Kraft Heinz EHS policies/procedures, guidelines and operating principles;
• Leading activities to determine EHS & Security related risks. Lead teams to prepare risk mitigation and elimination plans & follow up/ report the progress.
• Proposing new policies or procedures as needed;
• Being responsible for security, infirmary, and weigh bridge operations ,
• Responsible for all environmental processes and contributing to sustainability agenda
• Being responsible for all wastewater treatment and waste management processes,
• Designing and implementing the facility’s ORM Business Plans. Prepare EHS & Security related emergency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Participate in and build annual EHS audit and help improve actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a similar area,
• Class A or Class B occupational safety specialist certificate,
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in EHS,
• Result driven & strong communication skills,
• Willing to relocate or residing in Bursa/ Balıkesir area ,
• Team worker,
• Good level of English.
