Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Analog Design Engineer to join our GMSL SerDes group, where we develop complex mixed-signal integrated circuits. In this role, you will be part of a global design team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to innovative solutions to meet demanding requirements such as high resolution, high accuracy, low power, low current, and high speed. Your responsibilities will include designing mixed-signal circuits such as high-speed transceivers, high-performance PLLs, clock and data recovery circuits, application-specific amplifiers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design schematics and supervise layout of owned blocks
  • Perform block-level and top-level AMS and transistor-level verification
  • Validate and characterize owned functions on bench, support design evaluation engineers
  • Collaborate with test engineers to finalize test hardware and programs for product characterization and introduction
  • Provide support for customer and applications engineering inquiries as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • BSEE with 2+ years of experience in analog IC design
  • Strong transistor-level analysis skills and familiarity with analog/mixed-signal design and layout tools and methodologies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSEE with 2+ years of experience in analog IC design
  • Experience with Verilog-AMS modeling and simulation
  • Familiarity with advanced CMOS process technologies
  • Signal processing knowledge and proficiency with MATLAB
