This role will be a part of Regional Product Marketing Team, EMEA within the Business Unit – Video. 

Job Description

The Pricing Controller is responsible for implementing and managing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and engaging with Sales and Product marketing to ensure competitiveness in the market. The Pricing Controller will also oversee pricing governance, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement in pricing processes. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams. 

???? Your Role as a Pricing Controller 

1. Pricing Governance 

• Maintain pricing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance. 
• Monitor adherence to pricing guidelines and address any deviations promptly. 

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on project pricing and execution. 
• Collaborate with Partner Program Team to maintain an overview of the Partner Landscape across the region. 
• Collaborate with CRM teams to maintain & improve pricing workflows. 

1. Continuous Improvement 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and methodologies. 

1. Functional Tasks 

• Ensure New Product Pricing is implemented across EMEA. 
• Manage & Update Project Pricing dashboards for the region 

Qualifications

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Experience: 
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field. 
• Based in the Netherlands or EU 

Skills: 

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with pricing software/tools. 
• Solid understanding of market dynamics. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. 

Certifications: 

• Relevant certifications in pricing, financial analysis, or related areas are a plus.
