Join our Team

We are looking for a Shift Electrical Technician to join our company’s technical team, responsible for ensuring the continuity and efficiency of electrical systems, managing troubleshooting, and executing planned maintenance processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education: Graduate of Industrial Vocational High School or equivalent institutions, preferably from Electrical, or Electrical-Electronics departments.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.

Shift: Able to work in a 3-shift system without interruption.

Technical Knowledge:

• General understanding of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of generators, main distribution panels (MDP), and various electrical equipment.

Preferred: Previous experience in the hospitality industry (not mandatory).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the operation and periodic maintenance of all electrical systems within the company (lighting, power, panels, etc.).
• Respond promptly to electrical failures, identify root causes, and develop permanent solutions.
• Conduct Planned Maintenance (PM) activities according to the defined schedule and prepare detailed reports.
• Carry out regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of generators, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, and electrical panels.
• Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the technical team and other departments.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance/repair activities to ensure system reliability.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Disciplined, responsible, and result-oriented work approach.
